Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and PremiumAV Private Limited (“PremiumAV”, “we”) for use of FreeNOW at https://freenow.nudgeall.com and related apps or previews.

The service

FreeNOW helps people signal availability, match with others nearby, and form real-world meetups. Early builds may be waitlist-only, mock-auth, or otherwise limited. Features can change as we validate the product in Tokyo and beyond.

Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (and at least 18 where we require it for in-person meetups). You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep credentials secure.

Meetups & safety

FreeNOW facilitates introductions; it does not supervise offline meetups. Meet in public places when possible, tell someone you trust, and leave if you feel unsafe. Report abuse in-product or via hello@freenow.nudgeall.com. We may suspend accounts that threaten safety or violate these Terms.

Free plan & FreeNOW+

The core loop (availability, joining meetups, connections, messaging) is intended to remain free. FreeNOW+ ($4.99/month when launched) may add advanced preferences, larger radius, travel mode, priority matching, extra meetup options, and personalized recommendations. Checkout is not live until a payment gateway is enabled; stub CTAs do not create charges.

Acceptable use

• No harassment, hate, scraping for resale, or spam
• No impersonation or fake check-ins to game reliability
• No use of FreeNOW to solicit illegal activity
• Respect others’ privacy — do not dox location data

Disclaimers

FreeNOW is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee matches, show-up rates, or meetup outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PremiumAV’s total liability arising from FreeNOW will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for FreeNOW+ in the three months before the claim or (b) USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; those limits apply only as permitted.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Courts in New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes that are not subject to mandatory local venues.
