FreeNOW (“we”, “us”) is operated by PremiumAV Private Limited, 804–A, Manjusha Building, 57 Nehru Place, New Delhi–110019, India. This policy explains how we handle information when you use https://freenow.nudgeall.com and related FreeNOW products.

What we collect

• Account basics — name or display name, email, and optional phone when you join the waitlist or create an account.
• Availability & intent — when you’re free, mood or activity preferences, radius, and group-size preferences.
• Location — approximate coordinates needed to match nearby people. We do not publish precise distance (“143 meters away”).
• Meetup activity — joins, check-ins, private post-meetup feedback, and connections you choose to form.
• Billing (when live) — payment processor tokens and subscription status. We do not store full card numbers on FreeNOW servers.

Location privacy progression

Before a group forms we show only “nearby.” After a group forms we reveal a meeting neighborhood. After everyone confirms we share the exact venue. Precise location is stored securely and exposed only as needed for matching and safety.

How we use information

• Match availability and suggest meetups
• Operate waitlist, accounts, and support
• Improve reliability scoring and product quality
• Process FreeNOW+ subscriptions when payments go live
• Meet legal and safety obligations (including abuse reports)

Sharing

We share data with other members only as needed for a meetup you join. Processors (hosting, email, analytics, payment gateways) receive the minimum required to provide their service under contract. We do not sell personal data.

Retention & your choices

Availability records expire when your free window ends. You may request access, correction, or deletion of account data by emailing hello@freenow.nudgeall.com. Some records may be retained where required for safety, fraud prevention, or law.
