Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid FreeNOW products offered by PremiumAV Private Limited, including FreeNOW+ when checkout goes live. The Free plan has no charge and no refund.

Current status

No live payments are processed on FreeNOW today. Pricing pages and billing screens may show FreeNOW+ at $4.99/month (USD) with a “Coming soon” or stub checkout. Stub actions do not create invoices or card charges. This policy will govern once a payment gateway (for example Razorpay, Stripe, or an app-store billing partner) is enabled.

When FreeNOW+ is live

• Billing cycle — FreeNOW+ is billed monthly in advance until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime — Cancel from Billing (or the storefront that sold the subscription). Access to FreeNOW+ benefits continues through the paid period; the Free plan remains available. See the Cancellation Policy for renewal timing and what happens after you cancel.
• Cooling-off / unused period — If required by your local consumer law, request a refund within the statutory window by emailing hello@freenow.nudgeall.com with your account email and transaction id.
• Discretionary refunds — Outside statutory rights, we may refund a recent charge for duplicate payments, confirmed gateway errors, or service failure that prevented use of paid features. We generally do not refund partial months after substantial use of FreeNOW+ benefits.
• App stores — Purchases made through Apple App Store, Google Play, or similar must follow that store’s refund process; we cannot override store decisions.

How to request

Email hello@freenow.nudgeall.com with subject “Refund request”, your account email, approximate charge date, amount, and reason. We aim to respond within five business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via the gateway (timing depends on your bank).

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can help. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension.
