FreeNOW is built for real-world meetups, so trust and data minimization matter as much as matching quality.

What we prioritize

• Location minimization — approximate → neighborhood → venue, never raw “meters away” on profiles.
• Reliability over vanity ratings — show-up oriented signals instead of easily gamed five-star scores.
• Report & block — tools to leave unsafe situations and remove people from your graph.
• Least privilege for processors — hosting, email, and future payment gateways receive only what they need.

Payments (when enabled)

Card data will be handled by a PCI-compliant gateway. FreeNOW will store subscription status and processor references — not full PAN/CVV. Until then, FreeNOW+ checkout remains a stub with no live charges.
