This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) licenses the FreeNOW software and web application (“Software”) from PremiumAV Private Limited to you.
License grant
Subject to these terms and our Terms of Service, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use FreeNOW for its intended social-planning purpose.
Restrictions
- Do not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
- Do not reverse engineer except where mandatory law allows
- Do not rent, lease, sublicense, or provide the Software as a service to third parties
- Do not remove proprietary notices
- Do not use automated clients that overload or bypass rate limits
Ownership
PremiumAV and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Software, branding, and documentation. Feedback you submit may be used to improve FreeNOW without obligation to you.
Updates & previews
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. Waitlist and preview builds may differ from production apps. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised EULA when posted.
Termination
This license ends if you breach it or we suspend your account. Upon termination you must stop using the Software. Sections on ownership, disclaimers, and liability survive.
